Abstract
A new innovative work method is proposed to optimize the search, review, and analysis of scientific articles using academic platforms with Artificial Intelligence (AI). Tools such as ResearchRabbit, Semantic Scholar, Elicit, and Claude are described, detailing how to integrate them into the research process efficiently. The proposed approach significantly speeds up the literature review, giving researchers more time for critical analysis. The importance of validating the information provided by these platforms is highlighted, and the ethics of using AI in academic research are discussed. A useful guide is provided for researchers, particularly in Mammalogy, showing how these tools can increase efficiency without replacing human analysis. The limitations of free versions are discussed and the need to adapt according to the specific needs of each researcher is emphasized.
