In this issue, the note “Consumption of Costa Rican pitahaya (Selenicereus costaricensis) flowers by the chiza (Echinosciurus variegatoides) in San José, Costa Rica” is an interesting addition to the knowledge of this squirrel, which is distributed from the extreme south of Chiapas, Mexico to central Panama.
